ElevateFIT

Level:  intermediate to advanced
The 411:  This class is a fast-paced circuit workout hitting all major muscle groups.  Tabata rounds of cardio combined with strength, balance & agility training.

ElevateAgeWell

Level:  beginner
The 411:  A specialized class that is geared to the mature exerciser.    Class focus is balance, strength, light cardio, coordination, and movement patterns that greatly benefit the exercisers ability to maintain a healthy & strong body.

ElevateStep&Jam

Level:  requires some coordination
The 411:  This fun and energizing cardio dance class will have you shakin’ your groove thing!  Step & floor choreography with a wide range of music will get your heart pumpin’ and feet stompin’.

ElevateYogaLight

Level:  beginner
The 411:  A light yoga class designed for those that are new or have never done yoga before.  Attention to instruction, alignment & basic yoga practice & philosophy.

ElevateTBC

Level:  intermediate to advanced
The411:  Total body conditioning including the booty & core is what the TBC in this class will bring.

ElevateZenStretch

Level:  all
The 411:  An all time favorite among Elevate Studio go-ers,  this class brings a light stretch combined with relaxing meditative tones.  A definite stress reliever and mood enhancer for all.

ElevateStrengthen

Level:  intermediate to advanced
The 411:  Strength is the focus in which moderate to intense movement is implemented to become stronger in all aspects of health & fitness.  This class also focuses on the mind and it’s power to overcome barriers.

ElevateEmpowerFIT

Level:  advanced
The 411:  Intensity is the lion that roars & rules this class.  Animal flow movements, gymnastics, body weight work and much more will push you past what you think you can do.

ElevatePowerVinyasaYoga

Level: those that practice regularly
The 411:  A yoga class that flows in a moderate to fast flow focusing on traditional practice with asana, bringing attention to proper execution, alignment and posture.

ElevateExtremeFIT

Level:  advanced
The 411:  Elevate’s new “powerhouse class.”  This advanced level class is 90 minutes.  EEF’s fusion format features a wide variety of typical fitness class formats, combining BOSU integrated dynamic strength, kickboxing, TRX suspension training, powerful strength and conditioning moves, animal flow, HIIT, calisthenics with a bit of “old school” aerobics class moves added to the mix, just for kicks!  EEF will keep you coming back for more with its innovative formatting, motivating music & results oriented programming.  The conclusion of EEF cools and centers, with 30 minutes of mild yoga to get your Zen on.
