A fun, invigorating challenge for the intermediate to advanced exerciser. (Beginners, let’s have a chat before coming to class.) This indoor/outdoor class gets your heart and muscles pumpin’ with a combination that is always different, fun and never boring. You’ll be TRX-ing, lifting, pushing, pulling, spinning, treadmilling and much more.

This yoga class is for the yoga newbie. A slow, gentle yoga experience for those that are new to yoga practice. 60 minutes.

Get your heart pumpin’ in this “mix & match” cardio class. Treadmills and spin bikes mixed up w cardio moves to get your cardio in. 45 minutes.

Flashback to when step class was the hippest fitness class. A fun and great way to switch up your fitness routine. Strength segments with bands & weights combined w basic step choreography. 45 minutes.
M & F at 10:45
A great class to follow up from ElevateFIT on Mondays and Fridays. Get your stretch and relaxation on in this chill class. 30 minutes

Yoga for the yogi or yogini with experience in yoga practice. Some flow, yin, Hatha, pranayama. Namaste. 60-90 minutes.
