A fun, invigorating challenging class for the intermediate to advanced exerciser.

This outdoor/indoor class gets your heart pumpin’ and your body strong with a focus on functional fitness for the active southern Utah inhabitant. Balance, a key component in aging gracefully is a common practice in class. You’ll never know what’s in store for class as creativity is paramount to keep it fun, exciting and never boring!
You’ll be TRX-ing, using your own bodyweight, lifting weights, pulling and pushing with resistance bands, treadmilling, spinning, running or speed walking outside. Agility ladder training is fun and switches up the class.
Although it’s a group class, you’ll feel like you have your own trainer.
Class is maxed at 12 participants. Currently, about 8 are regulars, so come on down and get your spot now!
This is an outdoor yoga class designed for those that practice regularly. The flow is moderate to fast focusing on traditional practice with asana, bringing attention to proper execution, alignment, and posture.
